Mechanical Repairs
There are several things that can go mechanically wrong with your office chair. The most often faults we come across are the Gas Lift Cylinders, Wheel Bases and the Castor Wheels, be the main culprits. However it is not un-common for a Lever Mechanism to get bent beyond repair.
We service the Greater Durban and South Coast Regions as we are operational from two locations.
Most of our Chair fault diagnosing is handled via Mobile Phone & Whatsapp. This way saves the customer a initial call out fee of R150. For this way to work properly the customer also need to do their part.
We can with a couple of good Whatsapp photos and a solid explanation establish the problem and quote accordingly. We’d be 85% of the time on the correct diagnoses. However there are instances where the customer might not see a metal tear or crack, or an alignment bend. These only a experienced and trained eye will catch. We will always fully inspect the chair when we are there with you to ensure you know the full scope of what it is that needs to be repaired.

→ a.) We diagnose the problem with the information you provide (Images & text). Then give you a no-obligation quote (Now remember this is not fault poof ).
b.) Or you pay a callout fee. We come to you to asses the repairs that need to occur.
✔ Step 3: Repair Approval
→ You approve the quote, and we schedule your repair (same-day service available for urgent fixes, if spares is available this excludes reupholstery repairs!). Call out fee applicable.
✔ Step 4: Expert Fix
→ Our technicians repair at your premises (KZN-wide) (call out fee applicable) or in our Port Shepstone/Amanzimtoti workshops (you drop off).
✔ Step 5: Quality Check & Delivery
→ We test adjustments thoroughly before returning your good-as-new chair.
