→ Approve the quote, and we schedule your repair (same-day service available for urgent fixes, if spares is available this excludes reupholstery repairs!). Call out fee applicable.

→ Our technicians repair at your premises (KZN-wide) (call out fee applicable) or in our South Coast workshop (you drop off).
✔ Step 5: Quality Check & Delivery
→ We test adjustments thoroughly before returning your good-as-new chair.
